Submission of CA Certificate for Determination of Membership Category for FY 2026–27

Dear Members,

Those are renewed their membership /RCMC for the year 2026-27

  1. This is to inform that, as per the revised Articles of Association adopted on 5th June 2025, the categorization of members is to be determined in accordance with Article 3, which defines the following categories of membership:
  • Ordinary Members
  • Associate Members
  • Associate Members with Voting Rights

  1. The membership category and associated privileges are determined based on:
  • Average export performance of the preceding financial years,
  • MSME classification, and
  • Years of membership, wherever applicable.
  1. To ascertain and finalize your membership category for the financial year 2026–27, all members are required to submit a Chartered Accountant (CA) Certificate certifying their export performance.

Members are advised to ensure that the certificate is submitted strictly in the prescribed format to avoid rejection or discrepancies.

Please Note:

  • Submission through email / physical copy/courier will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • The Council shall not be responsible for any delay or non-consideration if submitted through any other mode.

The last date for submission of the CA Certificate is 30th June 2026.

Members are advised to complete the submission within the stipulated timeline to ensure proper determination of membership category and associated privileges.

The Council seeks your cooperation in completing this exercise in a timely manner.

Important Note

  • Submission of the CA Certificate is mandatory for determining your correct membership category and privileges, including voting rights where applicable.
  • In case of non-submission, the Council shall determine your category based on the records available, which may result in classification as Associate Member, in accordance with the Articles of Association.
  • Members may note that in certain cases, based on the export data already available with the Council for the relevant preceding financial years, their membership category may qualify as Ordinary Member.
  • However, submission of the CA Certificate is still required. Even if your current categorization remains unaffected, submission of the CA Certificate will ensure:
  • consistency and accuracy of Council records, and
  • seamless determination of membership category in subsequent years.
